Sheet Street and Payment Arrangements

I have been going through some difficulties for the past few months and have been behind with my payments. I am still recovering from my financial crisis and I tried to make a payment arrangement to pay R250 until March with Sheet Street since I can not afford to pay the full amount at once. Then yesterday I received a call from a rude Call Centre agent who did not even give me the chance to explain myself and ask for the assistance. I do not know where I will get the extra amount I am being asked to pay and I am afraid of going into more debt. Now I am even scared of sms I am getting on my phone. This morning I got an sms warning me of further action being taken and the ref. number is 0159621150. Now my question is why should I be given an option to make an arrangement and at the same time dictated to pay an amount I can't afford to pay. It is not like I refused to pay any amount.
