2 weeks is just crazy

Bought 3 items from Furniture City - SP on Friday the 18th Of Jan. Delivery was paid for and agrred for the 22nd of Jan. No delivery took place neither was any effort made to contact me and inform me about the delay. When we contacted the store they said they only deliverying on the 31st of Jan.when we enquired about getting our money back they say it will take 7 days. This kind of service is shocking and most disapointing. If they can't sort this out in an accetaple manner i will have to make this a formal complaint with Consumer Comission.
