Manager in need of customer service training

I was at click Sandton on the 26th of August 2013 and!!! what bad service i received from Sizakele and she is a manager/supervisor. i wanted to buy a shampoo and a conditioner and one stuff member gave me Tresemme that was on special but only to find that it is priced incorrectly, so the lady at the till told me that i should get it at the price i saw it. so they called sizakele whom went to confirm what i said and she came back and said i was wrong. we walked together and she saw that i was not wrong. instead of apologising she tells me " you have paid already and do i have any idea how much of work it is for her to refund me back for the other product i bought" she was screaming at me all the way to the till and i was so upset, she was told by another till lady to shut up and remind her that i am client. when i got home she only took off the discount for just one item and not both items. i must say that for a supervisor her attitude stinks!!! please take her to customer service training she really needs it. i must say i am very dissappointed...
