Handed over to attorneys

I received a letter from VVM, attorneys stating that I am owing Edgar's an unpaid amount of R280, of which I am not aware of. Regrettably so, I am dealing with irritable, pestering call centre agents from VVM, whom I have repeatedly whom I informed that I have no account with EDgars, and have referred me back to EGars.

PLease note that, I had an account with Edgar's 13 years ago, which I paid off and immediately closed. nOw after such a while, I am receiving such a claim which is unacceptable. I am not sure where this is coming from, but would like Edgar's to address this with mediate effect.
