Closing my account of - 20 years

I would like to register my disgust at the treatment I have received with regard to my Edgar's account. After several phone calls which I thought had resolved the problem regarding my details I am now told my account will be closed by Jan 2014. My account has been serviced impeccably with no non or late payments. Ever. In decades.
So, Edgar's you are welcome to my account because I don't want it.
