Suprisingly good

I never shop at Urban or the Hilton Wiener stores due to the refund policy.
But when in Sandton on Saturday I was actually treated to a good experience from Urban Hilton wiener.

The place was packed with people looking at sale items on the table's outside. I found a nice jumper which was reduced and was assisted by a lovely young sales assistant lady that found my size. I also found a nice shirt and T shirt for my husband for R300. Before I entered a young man who helped said the alarm would go off and not to panic, which was actually refreshing for a change, because you feel a when the alarm goes off when you have just bought an item.
I was welcomed by another young girl at the entrance and she showed me to the cash desk.
The queue was rather long and the store was a little warm, but the sales team offered apples & a drink of water whilst I was waiting to be served.
I'm still not happy with the company the exchange policy but they were polite about it & thanked me.
On exiting the store another gentleman thanked me as left the building.

I wish all stores would make as much effort 24/7. Urban offered me a good experience even during a hectic sale
