I am disgusted & feel like you're a!

I am a new customer with identity & I am disgusted at how you go about doing your sales & this cushion credit that you don't even warn people about I think its a big & I will not leave it at that, you mess with people's credit balances & owing amounts & besides that I've worked in customer service for over 12years & I've never heard about ''People giving customer the option of 6 months interest free but after 55days you get interest on that payment option what is that?? I've read through your terms and conditions & no where does any of these 2 facts come up?

I'm going to report your company to the ombitsman & get a case its pathetic & Ihave all of my slips which makes no sense the last thing I ordered I made 2 payments on my account & you've charged me double is the other half for interest? get your policies in tact because your method of dealing with accounts is rediculous.
