NO CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS

I'm very angry and disappointed with Edgars, I have been using their services for more than 10yrs and they provided with bad service. On the 22 June while my son was hospitalised in Pretoria on a Saturday I received a call from one of the customer care agents from Edgar's stating that my account was just used in Cape Town with the purchase of R7400 maxed the credit limit until. To my surprise, I was informed to go to the nearest Edgar's where I signed some avidaffit forms explaining the situation, and I was inform that this matter will be resolved and so far I have heard nothing from Edgars, even tried to call their customer care number today 2/07/2013 and waited for 7 min before an agent provided me with department numbers, only to find they not even working! What should I do in the mean time? I have so many points I have accumulated all these years, and have policies within my accounts and club membership, and now they closed the account completely... that is not fair of Edgar's.
