Terrible quality leather jackets, very disapointed

I bought a Genuine Pig Suede jacket, in orange, for R1300, on 8 June 2013, from the Woodlands store.
Usually I am totally satisfied with the quality of your clothing, but this quality is terrible.
The skin on one of the sleeves are extremely thin, and after wearing it only TWICE, it was torn.
I look after all my clothing very well, and are so disappointed in this quality! Why should I buy anything else from a Queenspark store, if I pay a lot for nothing?
