Pathetic service!!! Not going back

I went to Norwood Mall Dischem and needed like 5 things in total. I got what I needed and went to Gattineau to get my moisturizer that I always buy there. They sent me to pay... I waited in the queue for half an hour, the ladies in front of me even complained but the cosmetics manager didn't seem to care to help. It was not even busy. There were like 10 people just standing there watching us. The manager just avoided eye contact and pretended not to care. Not going back to that Dischem, thank for Clicks.
