I'm shocked and disappointed at the service we received at Joshua Doore, to cut a very long story on the 3rd of August I went to Joshua Doore to purchase sofas for my mother, I paid a deposit of R3000 that Saturday & on Wednesday I went in for the additional paper work, I was promised delivery of the sofas on the 10th of August by the sales rep Caroline, Saturday came & went, then the whole week of the 12th was spent trying to find out why the delivery has not been done, on the 16th they finally delivered them but to my mother's shock that they delivered the sofas that were on display which were torn on one of the seat. When I was speaking to the manager in the course of that week never did they mention that they going to deliver the display ones (if my mother had not noticed that I would be paying for damaged display sofas at the full price). On Saturday of the 17th I went to the store and spoke to the manager again and I was promised that my deposit will be refund on Monday 19th, to this day I have not received the refund, I keep calling them and I'm getting a thousand stories. I just want my money back so we can go somewhere else.
