I went to exchange meat that went off over night at PnP Little falls last night and experienced the following.
Portia at the Customer Care desk did have good people skills, I was standing at the counter while they spoke in their African langue. So I stand and wait la la la.
She does not have a calculator to do the math's and struggles to remember things when writing in the refund book.
I'm not sure if she is new but rather get staff that are more experienced at the counter, as you have i-rate customer that want to be help quickly and efficiently . my refund took - 20 minutes to exchange.
This is only my opinion based on my interaction with the store.
