Frasers at clearwater mall go the extra mile 4 me

I was about to travel to Australia for holiday therefore I bought two bags at Frasers, one bag for my laptop and the other bag for small electronics like camera, tablet and smartphones. I stayed in Australia for 2 weeks after coming back from Australia I upgraded my laptop and got a new one. The new laptop had a bigger screen than the previous laptop therefore meaning my 2 week old laptop bag was rendered useless. Anyway I went back to Frasers and asked them if I could swap my current 2 week old laptop bag for a bigger bag to fit my new newly acquired laptop. Not only did Frasers at Clearwater mall source a new bigger laptop bag for me but they also allowed me to swap the old 2 week bag for a new one, and because the new bag was slightly cheaper than the old one, they gave me money back too. So just to recap: Frasers at clearwater mall, sold a laptop bag to me, which I used for 2 weeks while on holiday in Australia, I came back to SA, and I got a new laptop, the new laptop was too big for my 2 week old laptop bag, therefore Frasers took the old bag, gave me a new bag and gave me some money back! All companies should learn from Frasers.
