Pep will not rica my prepaid Internet sim card

Hi

I have Rica'd my Internet bundles sim card for the past two years at Pep Stores Greenfields East London.
Now the new Manager refuses to allow his staff to Rica a sim card if the card is not purchased from them.
I told him I was going to complain and he told me I could do what I liked.
Needless to say, my family will no longer support this store while he is still Manager.
