Max Factor and Clicks :-(

I haven't been a regular user of Max Factor products but the ongoing feedback I've had from friends has convinced me to use more than just the mascaras, which I use and adore! I do love the fact that Clicks Stores stocks these beauty must-haves as it makes access to the products easy.

I must however let you know of my total disappointment in your store in Boskruin Shopping Village, Randburg. Just over a year or so ago when the Ageless Elixir 2 in 1 Foundation was available in store, I eagerly went to purchase it at the Boskruin store, which is conveniently situated close to me. One of the lovely ladies assisted me but told me there were no testers available. I was flummoxed to say the least but nevertheless, with her guidance and what I believed to be expertise, I went ahead and purchased the product. I was disappointed later to find the colour was so wrong for me - I needed a lighter shade than what was suggested to be appropriate for my skin colour.

So an investment of R200 odd rand turned into a disaster purchase. Disappointed, I returned to using my usual product.

Last week I again went back to the store to purchase the product as I had run out of my old product.
