False and Empty Promises

On the 28/06/2013 around 12:30 I was called by an agent from the loan department who told me I have a preapproved loan of R1000.00 and said I automatically quality for the gift voucher of R200.00, which I can claim when the loan is processed. I accepted the offer but when I went to woolworths to claim the voucher there was nothing like that as per agents at the customer services department. I spoke to Esther at Sunnypark Woolworths customer services who called the loan department of which she handed over the phone to me and I spoke to FIki who said she apologises and there is nothing she can do about it. She said I can even take this further she doesn`t care. Is this how woolworths to people to hook them up to take their loans by making falsely and empty promises? I requests the people dealing with complaints to listen to the call and come back to me and my promise be fulfilled.
