Not able to resend Lost Reward Vouchers

I send a request regarding my June-Aug 2012 lost voucher on 10 December 2012 to the woolworths rewards customer service mailbox. They forwarded it to the financial services department, but sadly I never heard anything back since.

So today I phoned the customer service line only to be told that once a voucher is lost, Woolworths wont resend it - ever???

SO here I am out of pocket of my reward - and as I am a VIP customer, my reward is normally very high.

I am sad that Woolworths do not keep track of their vouchers and know which ones are not redeemed and that they refuse to resend me my unused voucher (s).

Surely there is a record on the system somewhere - I am also looking for my most recent voucher, so sadly I am done in twice it seems :-(
