VERY POOR SERVICE

I bought an Urn at Homechoice since they kept on phoning me with all their promotions
When i received it it only worked for few months and started leaking, i then contacted them they told me to send it back, i listened to them i send it back in MAY 2013 it is now towards end of August i keep on calling them back they dont get back to me but i pay them everymonth for something that i dont use.
They only calls me asking me about when i will do the next payment and when i ask them where is my Urn they dont have answers for me, Its either their system is down or they try to sell me other stuff. I regret the minute i bought things from them i think they should cancell me on their system and sort out my query.
I wont recommend any of my friends or family to buy their products
