NO DELIVERY OF GOODS ORDERED

To whom it may concern:

I purchased x "2 opera 2 drawer pedestal white lacquer" units from @home, the grove shopping centre in Pretoria on the 14 September 2013.
I'm very disappointed in the feedback received from the store, that the order has been cancelled as there is a quality issue. The problem is that we purchased a matching bed to go with the pedestals.
And we placed our order prior the cancelation of the "apparent quality issue" from the supplier.
Keletsol offered us a refund, but it is not acceptable as we furnished the complete bedroom out to match the bed and pedestals?
So I would guess refund the bed unit as well, if you can't produce what is ordered. As it is not our problem you have issues with the current supplier. We paid for a product that was said it will be delivered.
I'm am still awaiting management reply for a week now, nobody has responded regarding this issue on hand, as promised by management.

All we want is the pedestals we ordered in brand new condition!
