Woolworths
On hold for 1.5 hours and still on hold

I contacted the finance call centre at 17H30. It is now 18H50 and I am still holding. Yesterday I tried for half an hour but gave up as I need to work as well.. Will woolworths re-imburse me for time spent on my personal phone apart from the fact that I need someone at woolworths to help me with an important query??? Bad service!!! I am now hanging up again..
