Now that Woolworths KC, Cape Town, has made its millions over the festive season, consumers must forget about getting good service. Spent nearly an hour in the till que while only half the tills had staff. Not paying extra staff or creating jobs and therefore higher profits is much more important for this store than good, prompt service. Woolworths is joining Edgars in the area of horrible service. Think twice next time before choosing Woolworths, no use paying the extra cos service in any case.
