I just wanted to thank Suzanne for the absolutely fantastic service I received from at the Hermanus branch today. Never in my history of shopping has a store assistant ever gone out of their way for me without me even asking. I had a cash back voucher that was linked to a different card I had. I received a phone call mid sale and when I was done, Suzanne was already on the phone to head office sorting this problem out for me (which I didn't even know existed). She had my points transferred to my current card and even phoned me to let me know! I just wanted to make it known because this kind of service truly is rare! I really appreciate it and it's a joy to shop at this branch!
