I feel harased and treated like criminal

I ordered 9piece cook wear in June. In July 11 2013 I called to ask of when I am receiving my order and I was told the system indicate I have received and signed for the goods which I did not and the same day I went to police station to do affidavit. I send it the same they and on 17 I called to check how far is the investigations as I as told the affidavit will initiate the investigation. I was told it never reached them and I send it again this time on the two fax lines they gave me: 0216808160 and 0216801102.
since them no one from Home choice bother to tell me what is the status of the investigation and now from last week Friday 16 Aug until today 21 August I have being called by the home choice personnel wanting me to commit of when I will pay them and I told the them story and even tell them am not going to pay for something I did not receive. Some of the personnel was talking like human being and others spoke to me like I own them personally and I was even told I am rude when I tell them the not getting any cent from me until I get the stuff I ordered. Today I was called by two personnel and second one dropped the phone in my ears while I was explaining my story...
