Mr Price Home
Staff unfriendly and Promotions not valid

Good day,

On Sat 17 August, I went to Mr. Price Home Northgate. They had selected good on 50% sale and then another 50% off at till. Needless to say I purchased goods to the value of R500, got to the till and then they tell me they cant find the specials on their system and Head Office failed to load it. I stood at the till for almost an hour patiently whilst waiting for someone to give me feedback. The staff was speaking in their language to each other, cussing and sighing but still NO WORD to me as the customer. At last the manager Vusi arrived on the scene explaining the problem to me, he is such a gem as he offered to deliver my goods to my house with his own car once the system is fixed. Besides him coming to the rescue the other members of that team needs to be reprimanded for poor customer service. (Elisa, Sylvia, was the only ones wearing name badges, guess the others are lucky they didnt otherwise their names would of been listed here).

Hope I will get feedback regarding this and not just a automated response.
