Mr Price
On Line but no In-Store

On Saturday I went shopping at Mr. Price The Glen as I saw some items of clothing advertised on the newsletter catalogue emailed to me. When I couldn't find it in store, I asked some of the staff who then asked the store supervisor who politely advised me that they DO NOT keep those items in store and that they have to be purchased on line! I in turn advised that it is clearly advertised by Mr. Price and that as per the website it says available in stores then what's the point of the catalogue? She was still adamant that she does not know what a 'bat wing' top is! I've often seen these tops advertised but when I go in store there's nothing on display and no one knows what I'm asking for! This is really disappointing when you see an item you'd like and can't try it on and purchase!
