Appalling Guess Purse Quality

I am appalled by the quality of your guess purses. I bought a purple guess purse at your American Swiss store for R500 however within three months the purse has peeled and looks disgustingly cheap. I was advised by the American Swiss Sandton shop assistants that I cannot return the purse since it has been over 2 months. This 2 month return policy is a ridiculous because guess purses hold a 5 month manufacture fault warrantee. How the do your sales consultants sell products and neglect to mention the ridiculous 2 month warrantee that your store offers. I am looking forward to a speedy response on your poor quality and service. Disgusted.
