Very rude to work in a store

Saturday 15 June 2013 @ 14:32 I was at the Markam store corner of West and Filed in DBN CBD.I was at the shoes department with no one assisting, I had to get these gentlemens attention, they were standing having a private chat. I asked if thy worked in the store, and thy replied yes thy do thn Ben came to me. I asked him why is he not in the shoes department if the department belong to him and he rudely replied by saying Brah I am here nw ant I? I got very upset but didint show him, I handed him pair of shies that I wanted to but as I wanted size 8. He went to the store room and when he got back with an atitude he asked, when do u want the shoes? I asked Ben do u have my size and he said I wudnt ask if we ddnt!
I dnt appriciate this guys attitude and tone towards me, I wanted to speak to his manager and I was advised that s/he was nt available!!
