Hi,
I am very frustrated with the Clicks Credit card Services.
A few months ago there was a huge delay in my card delivery and now I cannot seem to update my personal details.
I'm trying to retrieve my settlement amount to close the card - because of the unacceptable service, but whenever I'm speaking to a help desk consultant, I'm failing the security questions - which is the problem in the first place.
All my private details changed when I moved so therefore, all the calls just keep going in circles. They cannot provide me with a settlement amount but yet, they cannot allow me to update or change my details either.
I refuse to waste one more phone call to see who can actually do their job. And I'll continue to post this complaint on public platforms until the entire account and card is closed and settlement paid.
Enough is enough! Don't offer a service that cannot be efficiently delivered.
