I bought a dressing table, stool, sleigh-bed and bedside tables from Rochester Woodmead. On 5 August I received a call from the branch (Cynthia), my furniture is ready. I paid the outstanding amount and the furniture was delivered on 8 August. To my surprise they delivered the wrong stool (incorrect material) AND the wrong bed! I had specifically requested a standard length king size bed (as I already have the std length mattress, bedding etc.) they delivered a EXTENDED length bed. I called the branch and explained, after numerous calls (mostly me following up and nobody calling me back) I'm still sitting with the wrong bed and no stool! Today I received a call from the supplier (Linear... something). They would like to set up an appointment to view the bed, after explaining to Phyllis that I would need some kind of indication of what time she would come - as I work during the day and have no helper, her direct words were "Ms I cannot give you a time and if you can't make it tomorrow, it will need to wait until next week". This is absolutely shocking customer service! Please help as this is very frustrating and I have had enough!!
