Great service received from Alfonso

I have to commend Afonso at Dis-chem Canal Walk for the great service he delivered yesterday. I went to collect my asthma pumps as I was the victim of a smash and grab incident and had lost my asthma pumos, medical aid card and ID and all other cards etc. He was so helpful and sympathetic when I got to the counter. Apparently my script had expired and I needed to get a new one from my doctor but he was so helpful that he offered to call my doctor on my behalf of me and sort it out.By the time he put down the phone it still wasn't sorted out but he said that he'll still assist me as I needed these pumps and just sort it out with my doctor later. It's just the way he handled the situation and he did not have to go through all that trouble just to assist me but he did. This is what great customer service is all about. Thank you again Alfonso.
