Wayne plugged the hole for Franke

I had a problem with the drain plug washers (X2) in my Franke double bowl sink. I phoned all the hardware and plumbing outlets looking for a replacement washer. Alll that was told was that replacement washers are not available and I must buy a new sink plug (X2) at R45.00 each.
I emailed Franke SA and explained my disappointment that no replacement spares where carried by their agents.
Within 18 hours I got a call from Wayne to say that he would be at my house within 30 minutes to identify which model the sink was and to supply me with the correct washers. He only had one washer to match the sink but promised to drop off another one when next he was passing the Durbanville area.
Now that is what I call excellent customer service, well done Wayne and keep up the good work.
