Late / no delivery on stone build sink

Ive ordered and paid for a stone build sink which cost R5000 on sunday 20 OCT
i was promised by the plumbing assistant the sink would arrive by Tuesday or Wednesday, as our granite cutter is was booked on Thursday to cut the hole for this sink. i would have simply brought else where on the day to meet the deadline, and the staff was informed of the delivery.

It is now 2-30pm on Thursday, the sink is not here, ive called 3 times to confirm, even spoken to the manager who is simply " sorry" that it is not at the store, i am not able to collect it from anywhere, and now wasting over R1700 as there is no work for the workers to do.

they are not willing to even cut me a paper template, or just simply borrow me the demo for an hour in order to cut the hole.
