It gets worse and worse as things deteriorate

Since my last report about this character, and his subsequent non-met promises to return and resolve in order that I retract; a lot more has uncovered.

- The 'stainless steel' sink he put in is now rusting!

- The faucet tap-mixer is such bad quality it literally falls apart on a weekly basis

- The necessary seals were never placed around the sink - with consequent leaking into the chipboard counter tops and cupboards - with subsequent swelling of same - replacement only option.

- The hinges have proven to be the lowest quality and doors are all misaligned

- Grouting around taps and plug points crumbling and falling out

- Sink plumbing leaking

- 2-Way electrical switch now inoperative

- No veneer on chip-board exposed ends of top cupboards has allowed rising stove-top and kettle steam to cause swelling on cupboard caracases

- Loose tiles require repair (3 months after laying - colour match an issue as he has surplus.

- Credit at hardware store for over-purchase of materials redeemed and retained by this

- Bedroom cupboards paid for have never been built/delivered/installed.
