BAD QUALITY DUDD

Bought LG direct drive Dishwasher from S Herholdt Invoice number In 010009 Hermanus. After the first year it stopped working and pump was replaced. After another year it again stopped working, this time the whole pump unit on the bottom was replaced. Since the replacement the machine makes a funny vibrating sound (buzzing) during its cycles which it never did before.
The technician heard the noise and reported to LG. The response is they can do nothing about the noise. Surely the reason for my buying a direct drive machine was to avoid any noise. The response is completely not acceptable. Serie number AJO 729 13625 010 01382 000
