8 Weeks to repair a washing machine! no luck

We are at our wits end! Just before Easter, Airwave Appliances Roodepoort took our Speed Queen washing machine away for a repair that was needed as a result of another of their useless repairs that had failed. They have given us the runaround, never returned a call, never followed up, never followed through on promises. To date they have not given us a stand-in machine. The boss rarely takes calls, the receptionist makes excuses and they NEVER RETURN CALLS! EVER! We have waited 8 weeks! If Airwave Appliances cannot fix a washing machine, then they should consider getting out of the repair business. I Have been polite and patient, but now I'm on the war path. All I want is SERVICE! I need my machine back working or at least a stand in. Shocking.
