To make a long story short I received a package from them yesterday and this morning I discovered that one of my discs was faulty so I went to the website and asked for them to exchange it. I asked on Facebook what was the procedure they said they'd phone me back not five minutes later they phoned the nice lady explained everything to me that it might take 7 to 10 days to process. Two hours later my return was approved and they'd ordered me a replacement no questions asked right it's not working we'll order you a new one. Thank you Takealot I will most definitely order from you again you have fantastic service.
