Poor consumer service/failure to deliver on time

I purchased two items on the 24 Nov13. I finalised my purchase with a sales man called Morapedi Muoe who assured me there was plenty stock and a timeous delivery of the items. I was scheduled for delivery on the 3 Dec13 at 9am. Upon calling the store on the day at 9am to confirm my delivery, i was transferred to numerous incorrect departments initially by a very rude receptionist and then by other incompetent staff to the extend of being transferred to the canteen at one point. Going to the Customer services manager Nkosi who also proved not to be a man of word, failed to provide feedback and pushed me off to the delivery contractor. After numerous calls i finally found from the EXTERNAL delivery contractor, that Marko failed to inform me there was a backlog of deliveries and that one of the items i purchased was out of stock and the sales person should have informed me. I received no such call. After making yet another series of calls I finally got delivery of the fridge which was promised at 9AM only reached my residence at 9PM. I am yet to receive a call on the delivery details of my washing machine. I am disgusted at the services received and will think its totally unacceptable
