The company has failed 2 uphold commitments. They ignore the CPA which allows me the right to a refund for defective / poor qualoty goods. Take no accountability for even the incorrect size supplied, the pillow top has tears, is not cut correctly, cover is stitched poorly, not aligned 2 mattress up to 2cm, has red ugly markings, is dirty, dirt has come thru mattress covering without even using it, stitching is not aligned around the mattress, covers r sagging indicates that it has not been cut to the correct dimensions, & theyuse the incorrect size as an excuse to hide behind. No itegrity just interested in ripping people off, anyone interested in the pictures are free to contact me. The after sales attitude in the words of the director is that I am an imbecile, considering all the other reports on this company, seems lke they r in the game of conning lying, i was conned out of R13500.
