BAD attitutes&customer service. STAY AWAY FROM H&H

I made an online order on 30/7/2013, signed the contacts and gave them all the necessary documents that they required. Then DEAD SILENCE!! heard nothing from them till I started sending emails asking about my pending order. Sent a complaint email to their customer services on 8/8/2013 and then all of a sudden the entire online team is sending mails and calling telling me that they will process my order soon. Guess what?? even after countless emails and calls to simone and noni-Today is 20/8/2013 and I STILL have not received the ordered goods and I have absolutely no idea what the hold up is. Just a word of advise from anyone who is considering using house and home: DONT!!! STAY AWAY!!! IT IS JUST NOT WORTH THE EFFORT, AND IS TOTALLY FRUSTRATING!! The online team has horrible customer service and they simple just don't care whether you are customer or not. 22 DAYS LATER AND I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHY MY ORDER IS STILL PENDING. I AM UTTERLY DISSAPOINTED IN HOUSE AND HOME ONLINE TEAM AND ITS SERVICES, OR SHOULD I SAY: LACK THEREOF???
