Failure to clean isle resulting in injury

On Wednesday 14th August 2013, my wife and I went shopping at Pick 'n Pay, Norwood, to do out monthly grocery shop. While walking in the toiletry section, there was some form of liquid on the floor (yet no visible indicator as to what caused this). My wife then slipped on this liquid, injuring her arm (pictures of the site and injury are available). I then tried to find someone who could assist and was told by certain members, bearing PNP blue vests, that they do not work there. Eventually I found an employee, who called a manager. The manager arrived, didn't even apologise, and told us "Go to Katie at customer care to take your statement". Nothing else was done. I have been a loyal customer to Pick n Pay Norwood for many years and I am disgusted in the irresponsible manner they acted in this regard and their total lack of care.
