SHOCKING BAD ATTITUDE in ZARA

I went into Zara Sandton City today with my 2 small sons. I normally put them both in a trolley so that I can control them as well as to be able to look around at the shops. I had no shopping at all in the trolley, just my 2 sons. I was stopped at the door by security telling me I could not take the trolley inside. Well what am I supposed to do with my children? At least in a trolley they are behaving and cant touch anything.
I was looking at the children's clothing as I had a child's suit jacket to exchange as there was a fault with the jacket, a lovely attendant was helping me and we were comparing the other jackets to see if it was a fault with all the items and to compare sizes. I placed a few items onto the nearby table. While the attendant went to find me another size in the store room, another attendant came and proceeded to put my items back onto the shelf. I told her I was still busy with them, she said that I wasn't allowed to place any items onto the table! I also wasn't allowed to take a photo of my son in a suit for a wedding to send to the bride to be. Who makes these ridiculous rules??? I have been to many Zara's across the world and never come across such rules.
