Trolley Attentant acting violently in parking area

I would like to log a complaint, On Saturday 28 Sept 2013. My mother an I did shopping at Game, at the bridge and had a heavy trolley, unfortunately we were parked at Dischem side due to the fact that there were no parking space close to the centre, then a trolley attendant stopped us and told us we are not allowed to take the trolley across the road, we understand he was only doing his job, so we asked him how are we suppose to get the goods to the car, and his response was "he doesn't know", I even suggested that I would bring the trolley back myself we just needed to get to the car as the wind was blowing and there was really no way that we could carry all the items by hand, he then pulled the trolley from my mother, so she pulled it back, because we paid for the items and he has no right to pull the trolley from us, and this was still before we even crossed over, and he started shouting and we shouted him back, so we decided to take the trolley to the car since he had given us no choice by the rude way he treated us, he then followed us all the way with the trolley, shouting and making comments. This was a nasty experience and I doubt i'llcome shop there soon again.
