Spazio - shocking after sales service

After spending a small fortune on light fittings from Spazio - within the same week three of my chandeliers shades fell off . this was over 8 months ago and still i have had no joy from anyone including managers. It is clearly a manufacturing fault and they just keep choosing to ignore the situation. Highly unprofessional for a company that is supposed to be of a higher calibre. Extremely disappointing service to say the least
