Waiting in line forever, few cashiers working

Pick 'n Pay Southgate has dodgy service at best, I don't even bother going in because every time I have in the past there'r ALWAYS a long, slow moving line!!! Even at the so called express tills. The cashiers are also few and far between and the manager never seems to adjust the number of people manning the till points to accommodate a speedy check out for customers. And this seems to the case in areas with certain populations groups in SA. We shouldn't have to travel far and wide to find a grocer that facilitates our shopping needs. No need for the generic reply I can assure you, just fix the problem, hire competent management, there's really nothing difficult about serving people quickly (I have worked in retail). This is on behalf of all the customers who I know will not complain as they never have in the past, they just patiently stand in line for 30 minutes for a bag of rolls. I on the other hand will continue to shop at Checkers, fast moving lines, in and out in a minute.
