Guarantee not honoured

Bought 16 LED floodlights of various wattage. 7 floodlights failed within the guarantee period and were returned to the supplier. Received 4 repaired lights of which 3 again failed. Have been waiting for the initial 3 lights since May 2013. To date, Spazio owes me 6 floodlights (value approx. R8 000-00) and has been making promises of delivery since May 2013. Their products are clearly of inferior quality, and these LED floodlights have a 30 000 hour life expectancy, yet fail within 3500 hours.
