Bad Service

On the 11nth of august i went Boardmans Northgate to return stuff that i bought @ your cresta shop the previous day and while talking to Mandla who has a great service, always willing to assist and going an extra mile i want to say Thanks a mil Mandla... while Mandla was assisting me Barbara Xolo intervened with so much bad attitude taking over from Mandla starts capturing my stuff very rudely banging the counter, saying unnessary things and all that.

I feel Barbara need serious training and couching and she must deal with her isssues.
