Disgusting Service

I shopped at Toy's 'r Us Tokai on Friday 16th August 2013. I cannot understand why the cashiers and shop assistants are so rude and bad mannered? I asked a shop assistant if there was a specific item I was looking for and she couldn't even be bothered to answer me, she shook her head and then replied only what's in front!
The cashier (Naila), shame she must really hate working there. She barked out how much I owed and gave me my change without so much as a please or thank you, what happened to good manners? Who does she think she is? I also asked why she didn't ask if I had a my school card and the reply I got was "we have to type in the number". I think what she was saying is that basically it's a huge hassle for her.
This is not the first time I have had terrible service here, I think it's the norm and clearly no training is ever given to the staff. Really disgusted by this company and the attitude of their staff.
