Jet airtime money making

I had an account with legit in 2007 I got a call from jet airtme asking me to take up their airtme offer I agreed to it but later found out that they were charging me more money for calls, I called them wanting to cancel that airtme they were giving me but I was told I was stuck with it for a year after that year ended I cancelled it. To my suprise 2013 I receive a massege from their lawyers saying I owe them money for that airtme I cancelled years ago I mean really?

I went to the shop to find out what had happened they gave me a number to call Ive been trying to get hold of that airtme department the whole day no one pics up the phone. I hate that I had to loose my airtme trying to call these people, then you wonder why you are sitting there with such a lot of bad dept sies!!!
