Lounge Suite

New lounge suite Lewis at their Welkom Branch in November. The armrests of 2x seat and 1x seat were loose. Welkom Branch replaced the complete lounge suite in December. End of April, May, June, July and August reported to Welkom Branch the lounge suite 2x seat and 1xseat was broken and the material is tearing loose on the armrests. That was the first time my complain was logged at Head Office in Cape Town. Carol from Lewis arranged with Welkom to collected the 2x seats and 1xseat for repairs in September. Late October Carol phoned said the lounge suite is now repaired and ready for delivery. On delivery I noticed that the material on the 2xseat is worn away (black blocks is now brown) the 2xseat is very dirty. I was not satisfied with the material that has faded away because the 2x seat was not 5 months old. Welkom said I must not accept the 2xseat and took the other 2xseat and 1xseat for repairs. Carol phoned me again and said that I must go to the repair shop and show them what is wrong with the material, because the sagging and broken seats of the new lounge suite 2x and 1x seat was repaired as instructed.
