Late delivery, incorrectly packed, just a mess

I ordered two items online on the 14 March 2013. I scheduled delivery for 18th 8:00am. One bottle of wine and a pair of socks - as a gift. The socks arrived Monday afternoon in a wine box with the invoice inside - wrapped as a gift. The person receiving the gift got the invoice and a pair of socks. I figured Woolworths would deliver the wine separately. More than a week later there was still no deliver so I complained. No one answered my email. So I email bombed everyone in the company and i finally got a response. The next day (now the 26th March) the wine was delivered - but in a plastic packet with a normal till slip. I asked for it to be wrapped as a gift. Why bother giving options like that if you cannot follow them. I paid R150 for delivery and no one has offered compensation for the late delivery, or the fact that it was not wrapped as a gift. Very disappointed with Woolworths online shopping.
